Returns

- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

AGKAKMAN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was received.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AGKAKMAN cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
